Tender breasts - birth control side effects or pregnant?
I started the combined pill late June after I lost my virginity, I took a pregnancy test 22 days after I had sex and it was negative, I had a withdrawal bleed during the placebo/break week, but my breasts were really tender in the days leading up to my period and now are slightly tender again 5 days into my second pack - is this normal side effects of the combined pill (as I just started in June) or am I pregnant?

Normal side effects, but take a test if you'll worry otherwise.
A friend of mine is on birth control and she felt the same things your feeling. So just normal side effects.
