I am 4’11 and shorter than both of my parents. I have tried many different exercises but they haven’t worked.

Just...exist?

I don't think I stopped growing taller until I was 19. Maybe even 21...it definitely slowed down a bit from 18/19 at least. I think I grew most from like 15-18.

Just learn to live with it - even if you grow a few inches, you'll still be considered short (well if your a boy)

There's no way to increase your height.

You can always improve your posture, but I doubt that will make a difference, especially at such a young age.

Growth hormones would be your best bet, although theyre not exactly pleasant. Otherwise, surgery if youre really set on it (and rich) in a few years.

If you're a bloke, apparently you are never shorter than your mother, so normally you should still grow a bit. If you're a girl, does it really matter? Society doesn't really worry about a girls height as long as she has harmonious proportions. Unfair but true.,🤷
