Hello, I'm a student in US and our school provides AP. Due to the limitation by the school policy, I can take up to 3~4 AP courses in my 12th grade. Actually, I'm planning to take more than that, so I planning to take 4~6 AP courses(self-study). However, if I'm self-studying and have no instructor, how can I send my predicted score?

When you submit your application to UCAS, you should email each of your chosen Uni directly and tell them why you can't provide all of your predicted grades. Your referee should also mention this in their reference - and if possible they can give an 'I would expect grades ...... to be achieved in the self-study subjects'.
