Ah you've been one of the unlucky ones having to wait so long! :eek3: What did you apply for? If it was IR the wait is understandable :smile:
It's driving me insane! I've applied for Geoscience, which is a pretty unpopular course (I think they only admit around 20 people per year) so I didn't think I'd really have to wait that long... but I've been waiting for five months now! :eek3: Even more frustrating as (if they give me an offer) St Andrews'll definitely be my firm.

Got offers back from Glasgow on the 29th October, Edinburgh and Bristol on the 12th and 13th of November, and Aberdeen on the 9th of December, so it's been a looooong wait! :s-smilie:

I suppose having waited this long already, another 21 days can't make that much of a difference!

Good luck then! Haven't heard of any geoscience offers being given out so it's probably just the dept. being slow! I'm not sure yet... will have to see what it's like next week. :smile:
My friend has an unconditional for geophysics (or whatever the closest course is to that) but i'm not sure if that's with the physics department or whatever

Crazy! Maths is supposed to be quite a bit less competitive than English too, aaaargh :frown:

Yeah, a positive rep :s-smilie:

And it's from one earlier when I was talking to Oogamy or whatever their name is...

It was sarky about my punctuation, spelling, where I live etc, it was a bit sad and silly ha ha, about days of the week abbreviations aswell.

What a waste of life :tongue:
