Hi.
I just got offered a job in Tesco as a Dot.com Personal Shopper.
I have my induction on Tuesday.
I was just wondering if someone could talk me through their daily routine? I'm working 2 set shifts per week. Wednesday 9-2pm and Sunday 9-3pm. Bit confused by the later starts as ive seen quite a few people state that they start really early in the morning normally.
I was told the hourly pick rate is 196 items. How achievable is this target? I'm not used to working with targets. Just worried that I won't be able to reach it.
And ive also read a few bad reviews from people that have worked there. So I was just wondering how enjoyable the job really is? There is nothing worse than completely HATING going into work 😞
Thanks!

I have an interview for that, how was yours? Also if it helps my shifts will be 6am-2pm 4 days a week, i’d rather have your shift plan though lol
