worried about my heart

Last night I woke up and got about 5-10 minutes my heart felt like it was racing. While I have rarely noticed this before, I have now noticed that my heart seems to pound for a minute or two even after doing simple things like climbing stairs (and I’m pretty sure this has happened for a long time now although I can’t be certain). I’m now terrified I have a heart condition, and am particularly scared of sudden cardiac arrest. Does anyone have any advice??

yeah, that doesn't sound too good. See a doctor. Hope you'll be okay

Best thing to do is talk to a GP about this. Trust your gut and get yourself seen to! :emog:
