My driver license I haven’t received it yet I have waited 3 months

I applied for dvla provisional drivers license on 27 of March and it’s now 2 of august what should I do I have rang helpline no answer and emailed them they don’t work
I would write to them asking if it has been sent out as it may of been lost (it happens) or ring the helpline until you get through.

I know how long that can take as I have to renew my licence every 5 years due to health issues.

I also think lockdown has caused serious issues with backlog of cases but don’t wait any longer for them, keep phoning - I think they shut quite late (or they used to) so it maybe worth phoning later on.

You have been quite patient as it shouldn’t take this long to get back to you, and you need to make sure they even received your application…

Good luck with this and if all else fails, contact your local MP about it and ask them to help you.
