Nothing.. I know it’s bad and that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, blah, blah.. but I very rarely eat breakfast. Usually just wait and have lunch for my first meal of the day.

Nothing, I rarely have time in the morning and even when I do, I'm usually not that hungry before around 1030-11 (by which time I'm usually stuck into work or lectures or whatever else it is I'm doing and end up working on that until lunch time anyway).

I don't

Don't drink coffee either, or much other caffeine for that matter

Overnight oats.

I don't have time to eat breakfast before work, so I make oats the night before and take them with me to eat when I get to work. Filling, nutritious, and delicious.

I usually have a bagel with butter or cream cheese on but if you're pushed for time I've found the soft baked Belvitas are good for keeping you going throughout early morning lectures
