One of the biggest things on my bucket list is to compete in the Olympics and my goal is for 2024 when I'm 17. Sprinting is my best shot to get in, however, I have no idea how to train  does anyone have any tips on how? I'm 14 in full-time specialist music education. How can I fit in training during this time and does anyone know how to train? Thank youuuu

The best way to get good at sprinting is to be coached. I would join a local club with a solid junior section. 50 ish quid a year.
