What is an IT?
Unless he goes to trouble of contacting your internet service provider or he has installed spyware on to your device, no.

What porn have you been watching that you don’t want your brother to see?

To reiterate what I just said, yes he could if he wanted to.
Why would a presumably busy professional wish to spy on their spy on their siblings internet use? Surely he has better things to do?

You are right. I just wondered how safe inocgnito mode is and how easy would it be for him if he got curious about my browsing history.

Use a VPN server or Tor if you're paranoid.

No, it's not a search engine. It's about as anonymous as you can get.

If he has access to your router or modem, then yes. In which case it won't matter even if you're using a VPN over the Tor network. Suggest you use a separate network entirely e.g. your 4G mobile phone plan? If your brother has access to the local network, you have no privacy.

ipconfig/flushsns

If the worst comes to worst smash your router and delete the registry.

Yes, you can look at anything on your local network.

But tbh why would he randomly look at this, even if he does I can’t imagine he would be interested in discussing your porn habits with you. You could use a VPN or P2P browser like TOR.
