Hello everyone 👋🏼
I’m currently on placement in my first year of child nursing in university and I wanted to know if when I qualify, there was a course that I could also switch and qualify in adult nursing without having to do the whole 3 years again and starting from scratch?

I hope someone can help as I can’t really find anything anywhere 😬

Unfortunately, you can't find anything because there isn't. Either you need to swap to adult nursing by the end of year 1 (& lose the child nursing qualification, but still get to do bits of paeds work), or quit now and aim for a 4-year, undergrad, pre-reg, dual masters in adult & child nursing (they're not overly common but exist)
