Imagine you're the captain of a Caribbean Pirate ship and your crew loses morale, there is little prospect of revenue gain as no traiding vessels are known to sail in the nearby area and your resources and supplies are running out, what do you do?

Option A: Promise revenue from future raids and try to inspire the crew by setting into the uncharted waters on an ambitious sail

Option B: Try to raise the morale by warning of incoming English warships and emphasise the need to work together, use your most royal crew members as personal guards to boost the morale

Option C: Use the remaining supplies and resources to raise morale by increasing wages and distribution of rum and wine

Option D: Abandon the ship in the midst of the night on a vessel

Option E: Everything else: can be written in the thread

Ah, would you not be afraid of being offboarded, as in - into the ocean?

Sounds like you've been playing too much Sea of Thieves lately.

Haha I loved that game, as well as Sea Dogs 2

It largely didn't happen, so no!

Option C: but I'd allocate half the crew rum and the other half the wine (after poisoning the wine). Plenty of tasty bodies to eat for the remaining crew in the hard months ahead. Lest they become demoralised after eating their former friends the singing of 'Somalian pirates we' will be required at all times.
