I'm applying for courses through clearing online and they're asking me if I have a ucas application. I don't know what to put as I didn't finish it. I also can't login and reset my password as it says they don't recognise my email but I do have a ucas number.

Phone UCAS and ask them to reset your password - Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 6 - 0371 468 0 468.

Clearing is part of the UCAS scheme. You need a ucas application to accept a clearing offer (and in many cases to get a clearing offer).
As the post above says - ring ucas, log into Apply and finish your PS and speak to your referee to get your application submitted asap.
