Please don’t come at me but I’m fr struggling ive been searching online everywhere and can’t find an answer. So I lift dumbbells and do cardio to loose weight and I’m in a calorie deficit. I lift 10kg because I’m a beginner when it comes to lifting. My question is what size dumbbells and barbell do I need to grow my glutes? I don’t lift at the gym I spend my own money on a treadmill and dumbbells. I wanna grow my glutes so I want to buy dumbbells that are only going to be used to grow them but also a barbell to grow them. I know there’s not a right answer but any suggestions on what size dumbbells and barbell?

As long as you are doing it at home any set that allows you to add on to it would work, for example I bought a set of Yorke sport cast iron dumbells that came with a range of plates the largest being 4*2.5kg, but it also comes with 4*0.5kg and 4*1.25kg, but then I bought a set of 4*5kg plates and if I need to I can keep adding onto it as I see fit. So long as you get something along these lines then you can just keep adding onto the set as you need to.

Buy adjustable dumbbells which cater to your strength levels. And, for the barbell, unless you have space, don't bother buying Olympic sized barbells and weights.
