The guy I’m seeing and i were texting and he asked me what was i doing. I told him i was in the bed about to get up because i had been sleeping all day. And he texted back and said “who’s been over there”?

It means that he thinks someone was at your place all night, hence why you’re sleeping all day.

The appropriate way to respond to this would be “no” if no one has been over at your place.

Don’t over think it.
