Fee Assessment Form?

Did anyone else who applied to manchester receive this to determine if they were either a home or international student? i thought i made it quite clear in my ucas that i would be classified as home

yes me too, and im having trouble completing it, if i do the online application fee assessment form, where do i attach my copy of my passport etc on the adobe file? weird

i just completed the pdf form, scanned the relevant documents and passport pages, attached them all to an email and sent it off to the admissions team.
