Most top unis will require you to have A-level maths for a CS degree.

If you mean an extended certificate BTEC (so A-level maths, your BTEC and one other A-level) then generally that should be ok.

I'm at a RG uni for CS, and I know a fair few people with A level Maths, BTEC IT/Compsci, and another A-level, so I'd say so yes. You should check with individual unis though...

The vast majority of universities accept the extended BTEC sometime supported by Maths A level. I remember there used to be a guy on here who had taken it up with all major unis and there were only a couple who didnt accept BTEC and I think those were Cambridge and Imperial. I assume the same will apply with your BTEC but the only way to check it is to look at entry requirements and if it is not clear to ring the university.
