Hello everyone! If anyone can cite a recent case( past ten years) in which an Act of Parliament has overruled a previous precedent or common law. Like the Occupiers liability Act 1957 one. Thank you in advance!

If you change the thread title to 'precedents' you might pick up more views.

How about the Rating (Property in Common Occupation) and Council Tax (Empty Dwellings) Act 2018?
