should i disclose aspergers in college application?

Hi i was diagnosed with adhd as well but i am on my meds and they are helping,i am not worried about adhd though my concern if aspergers will i not be accepted to colleges and schools?Will i not be able to persue a normal career?

Yes. The equality act means that schools are not allowed to discriminate against you in the admissions process and allow them to better suit your needs.

will it affect me to getting hired after i graduate?in a field of work CS for example i just want to have equal opportunities with everyone else

Employers aren't allowed to discriminate against your job application either
