should i take a level further maths?

i like maths, but i’m not sure if i should take it or not..
i haven’t got my gcse results yet, but i took gcse further maths, and i got 8 in paper 1 for mocks.
i’m going to take maths, bio, and chem. would further maths be too hard, especially as i’d be taking 4 subjects?
You might aswell take it and drop it if it gets too hard
What are you planning to do with your A levels?
If Uni, what subject area?

tbh, i’m not sure. but if i take further maths, would it help me get accepted into university, or is it just pointless to do it.

Only if the degree subject you are applying for requires it.
Universities have to be totally up-front abut the subjects they 'require' or 'prefer' - this is listed on the course pages on their websites - there are no secrets or information 'that only some people know'.

Have a look at the this list of degree subjects at Sussex Uni and Exeter Uni - check on the course pages that interest you to see what subjects are required. This maybe different at each Unis, but it gives you some clues about 'do I need it' - and about degree subjects that you might want to do
