Considering applying to the sociology MPhil. I have strong grades in relevant subjects and could get solid references, but I was wondering if not having done a research Thesis in undergrad would put me at a significant disadvantage. Of course, I know having it would put someone at an advantage, but would it look really bad to not have done one? I go to school in the United States.
