Hello Fans,
When I get my username and password from pearson VU, do I need to change the password? If yes, do I need to change the password before the SJT date

Reply 183

How do I get the date for my SJT. Am I the one to choose a particular date or I will get a mail telling me the date that I will sit for the SJT

Just to clarify, the SJT will close around 6am on Friday 11th so in reality we get 3 days :') unless of course there's people who work better after midnight xD I'm not an all nighter type of person lol

In the email i received it said:

Yes! You don't need to book in a slot. Just visit during the test period.

some possibly useful links to prepare. The standards for doctors in terms of professionalism are mostly the same. There will be some subject/ role specific stuff that's different but it's still useful to have a look at:

GMC ethical guidlines for doctors: https://www.gmc-uk.org/ethical-guida...dical-practice

more detailed than the stuff i could find specifically about clinical scientists

and some sample SJT questions for doctors: https://www.gmc-uk.org/gmpinaction/

where again the questions to do with professionalism or stuff that doesn't depend specifically on being a doctor are likely to be similar for clinical scientists.

Also look up resources aimed the the foundation SJT which is for new doctors.

Hi, I just completed the SJT. How can I find my results?

Reply 198

I just did my SJT as well. It went pretty decently but definitely time-pressured. I don't think we get results ourselves. But even if we do, I think we'll get them once the deadline for SJT has finished and everyone has attempted the test. 175 questions in 50 minutes was a bit crazy, how did you find it? Also, is anyone applying for Clinical biochemistry?
