Does anyone know if i can apply to MIT with a BTEC Qualification?

Can anyone tell me if i can apply with a Level 3 National Extended Diploma for engineering if i get distinctions (Highest Grade) accompanied with A-level maths at A.

And provide valid proof such as a reference/source that states that i can/cant if possible.
