Can't remember any off hand. There is a 'critical approaches' section in the York Notes, on Keats, which may help you. Also, have a look at 'Analysing Texts: John Keats' by John Blades as he summaries most of the major criticism on Keats' poetry.

EDIT: Just remembered a useful website I used when I was revising: http://www.john-keats.com/ It has extracts and letters which are also worth considering as criticism.
