Leeds Arts Carr Mills tenancy takeover
Hi
Is anyone going to study at Leeds Arts and looking for a room at Carr Mills? I am no longer going to study at Leeds Arts but I have double en-suite room for £126 a week, inclusive of all bills at Carr Mills. I am contractually obligated to find another tenant or I will have to pay the full years rent even though I won’t be living there.
I would be so grateful for someone to take over this contract.
Carr Mills is a located a 20 minute walk and 5 minute drive from the major universities. There's parking, security and on site laundry facilities as well. If you take over this contract I will be happy to cover your first month of rent. The tenancy begins on 28 August 2021 and runs for 44 weeks.
