student finance/ years of funding left/ personal compelling reasons.

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could help me. How do I contact student finance to find out how many years of finance I have left / or if they would provide extra years finance due to personal compelling reasons.

I can only see telephone numbers and last time I tried to ring student finance I was on the phone for a long time and didn’t get much help.
