I’ve failed a 20 credit resit in third year of foundation degree

Hi I just wanted to ask if I have failed a resit module worth 20 credits in my third year of the foundation course (Level 5) do I get withdrawn from my studies? I read in the regulations that you only get withdrawn if you fail having exhausting all assessment and module resits if thé crédits that you fail add up to more than 80 credits at level 4 or more than 60 credits at level 5. Whilst I’ve only failed 20 credit resit this year (3rd year, Level 5 foundation) which in total is 40 credits adding the previous year (Level 4). Where does that leave me? Will I get kicked out/withdrawn? What grade would I receive?
