Hi, is anyone looking for accommodation in the Swansea city centre? It's an ensuite room with a shared kitchen and social space. The room is 13.5m^2 and has a small double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers included. It's very easy to access the train station and bus station from the accommodation. It is in a female-only flat and has no deposit to pay. It is £139 per week on a 40 week contract. It is a very nice accommodation building and has social events going on throughout the year! Accommodation is at St Davids and they give a free annual bus pass! I'm looking for a replacement tenant please message asap if you're interested!!
