I decided to ring up the call centre because i didnt want to get my hopes up for nothing. They confirmed that my interview had been cancelled, but theres a bigger m&s opening in 6 months time in my town so if i dont have a job by then i'll be able to apply again :smile:

I don't trust their online system. I have two years retail experience, and answered the questionnaire as they would have wanted me to, yet I was still unsuccessful!

who ever bad repped me for this, i would like to thank for such a wise, well thought out and original comment as 'ask your momma to buy you a dictionary for christmas.'

As if we haven't heard it before and as if i am the person in the world to shorten my words when lets say you're in a rush or you have BROKEN FINGERS. Even if i couldn't spell, do you think its kind to insult? :smile:

Now, i have typed this especially for you with my right hand which has been a very long process, but thanks anyway atleast next time be original ok?

So i applied to m&s online and didnt get through the first time... so i read a few posts on the big m&s thread and someone posted that they didnt get through so they made another email, applied again and got through. So i did exactly that and got through. I have an interview booked on tuesday. then a couple of days later i got this email:

But when i logged in on m&s website and clicked review status it still says my interviews confirmed.... so am i safe?!

Im literally freaking out right now and im so desperate to work for m&s. I've heard they're great employers.. i just dont want to turn up to my interview and get rejected saying im not booked for one. :frown:

Help!!

Hey..

It will still say this message in your account, but if syou still turn upto the interview, they will have no record of you and you wont be in the system, as HR cancelled it.

Lol I think GroovyKatie's interview has long gone by now :-P (And the new store has opened!). I re-ignted this thread to see if anyone had any current info :-P
