Wish I had anything to say about the second semi-final but I went back to bed after the first and didn't wake up again until midday. :rofl:

Wheelchair rugby clubs in the UK are normally run on a shoestring and desperate for volunteers, refs and officials to help out.

Whatever your skillset it’s a brilliant way to get involved and make a huge difference to people’s lives - plus get to be involved in a brilliant sport.
