Photography MA

Hey guys, so I graduated my BA in 2019 at Goldsmiths Uni. I am considering doing a photography MA, it would make sense to go back to London as it is a good creative hub and I’m sure it would be great for networking and helping me access work in the future. However, I’m not ready to go back to being skint all the time! I love Nottingham, I think it’s a great city, I’m wondering if anyone had done the photography MA at NTU? Would you recommend it? Did it have good photography related facilities? Are the lecturers successful in the industry or just teachers? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!
Have you tried Southampton Solent university?

Hi @Bamford55,

It's great to hear you're thinking about joining our Photography MA course!

One of the elements we're proud of is our close industry connections with companies like Phase One, Red Photographic and WEX Photographic, as well as regular master classes from high-profile guest lecturers, from a diverse range of backgrounds.

We have a range of student profiles available for our Photography course, so you can hear from past students about the experience, and we also have an upcoming open day on the 5th of March if you'd like to meet the academic team, current students, or tour our photography facilities.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any questions!
