Econ, biz and accounting- do you think the combination would put me at a disadvantage?

I don’t think so, especially seeing as economics is essay based, but I have no idea you could always email admissions if you’re worried. I think the most important thing is that you get the grades.
hey everyone
1) what are your GCSEs?
I didn't sit them
2) what do you study at A-level and what are you predicted?
I did the IB (exam-route) and the Austrian Matura and am currently on a gap year. I got 45 on the IB with 4 Higher Level subjects (German A, English B, History, Economics) and 2 Standard Level subjects (Biology and Maths AA). On the Austrian Matura I got a 1.0 grade average
3) why law?
the more I read the more it interests me
4) why at Cambridge?
I just love the tutorial teaching style
5) do you know what college you want to apply to?
Jesus College
6) what have you done outside of your studies to make your application stronger?
Model European Parliament, Model United Nations, Extended Essay on a law-related topic, reading relevant books etc

what are your GCSEs?
A*A*A*A*A*A
2) what do you study at A-level and what are you predicted?
I do IB and have been predicted 44/45 (777 HL)
3) why law?
I find it fascinating especially the fact that it has such strong ties to societal issues and human interactions.
4) why at Cambridge?
The variety of modules and the tutorial system.
5) do you know what college you want to apply to?
Girton
6) what have you done outside of your studies to make your application stronger?
Lots of reading, commended in Robert Walker prize, won a prize in another law essay competition, attended online courses, and represented my school in the world youth forum.

Hey there, just wondering, has anyone received a confirmation email from Caius acknowledging they have received your application? I applied on the 13th and so far have only received acknowledgement from the university, but haven't heard anything from Caius

Someone said in the main thread that Caius would be sending out their acknowledgments on Monday, I'm pretty sure.

Hey! I think my SAQ additional personal statement is quite generic, but I basically just wrote about aspects of the Cambridge course I liked (for example, how it's structured), and the supervision system at Cambridge.

I think im gonna do the same thing, bc it is the supervision system that I really like. I just dont wanna write waffle so I am going to keep it quite short and hopefully that is okay. Did u include any extra currics or like additional things not in ur PS

"The Cambridge Law test in terms of its general format as a one-hour essay addressing a question you chose out of a selection of questions remains the same. The format, like last year, will be online. Applicants shortlisted for interviews will be given a selection of dates and times to choose from to register to write the test. On the day you have selected you will log into our e-learning platform where you will view the CLT paper and its questions. You will then write your essay electronically and at the end upload it to the platform (if you elect to write by hand you may scan this and upload it but do bear in mind if your handwriting isn't very legible that typing may be preferable for all parties). Your CLT will be examined and scored prior to interview so it will likely be written roughly two weeks before the interview period starts in December."

Hi everyone, is it okay if any of you could share your personal statement with me just to give me some idea of how to structure my personal statement for law for Cambridge university. Also do any of you have any suggestion on how I could get myself ready for the Cambridge exam for law. I am planning to apply for next year in the 2023 entry. Thank you.

It’s really unwise to share a personal statement with someone else, especially online…
