School with a chronic condition?
I’m currently 15, born in 2006 and I will be going into year 11 this September. But recently I was diagnosed with a condition called CRPS which really prevented me from having education. I missed out on a lot of learning. I have weekly meeting with therapists who have agreed that going back to my current school would be an unethical decision considering my situation as I can not handle any negativity or it will set me back and I have received many hateful messages from students at my school since this happened which really took a toll on my mental health. When discussing what to do moving forward they agreed my parents should speak with someone from the education and suggest me beginning college this year instead. I have no idea what this means and how it will be like and I really would appreciate any support and advice I could get, thankyou.
