( Please answer) I don't know what to do next year

September is really really close and I still don't know what to do. I finished college in July and had such a bad experience I don't want to go anywhere. I've been sent an internship working with college but I don't want to do that because you don't even get paid and it's with college. This will be my 4th year. I don't what I can do.
Job? Gap year?

No. In that year, you can get a part-time job, plan out your future, apply for Uni or an apprenticeship.
