If you look on course webpages on Uni websites, they will specify which subjects they require - and for many social science degrees there are actually no required subjects. So, choose the subjects you will enjoy - and where you feel most confident of getting high grades. Dont worry about if they 'go together' - Unis dont care as long as you are taking any specifiedsubjects.
York - https://www.york.ac.uk/study/undergr...nal-relations/ (no required subjects)
Sussex - https://www.sussex.ac.uk/study/subje.../undergraduate (no required subjects)
Bristol - http://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/under...nal-relations/ (one essay based subject)
Nottingham Trent - https://www.ntu.ac.uk/course/social-...onal-relations (no required subjects)
