So my friend couldn’t look after her cat anymore so I took her in. I already have a friendly male cat whom I love to bits. This female cat of my friends is a tortashelle cat and she’s extremely vicious. I never thought of getting my male cat neutered since he’s never exhibited aggression/courtship behaviour and he’s very beautiful, I want him to father some kittens one day. The female cat is in heat, and she keeps rolling around. My male cat is trying to mate her but he is very hesistant and she keeps attacking him and he backs away. She keeps putting her back up for mating but then attacks when he does. How do I relax her?? I don’t want to neuter them before one litter of kittens, then I will.

there are enough unwanted pets in rescues right now without you contributing by breeding another litter

She does not sound like a cat with a good temperament.
Nor an animal that is suitable for breeding.
Try to separate her from the friendly male cat at all times- before she seriously injures him or worse.
