Advice for living with strangers

I'm moving into a shared house next week with three strangers.
The property was advertised to me on spare room as a student only house, and I've since found out the names of my new housemates.

But I'm getting very nervous about moving in (I'm moving 8 hours away from home to do my masters) and I've got the house for 2 years.

I never really lived with compete strangers during my undergrad as when I moved in the first time around, I knew people and I was only living an hour away from home.

So this time around I'm super nervous. Any advice for moving in with strangers?
