For a level biology and chemistry do we need to know everything from GCSE biology and chemistry such as all the content and everything or we don’t need to know everything.

You should know everything mate. Or at least 80% of GCSE content. because it is the foundation of what you will learn in A levels. It is impossible to build a strong house if the foundation is weak
