I've recieved an offer to study at Lancaster University, but I can't seem to find the letter of acceptance that banks are asking for opening a student account. I've looked through the letters that I've been sent, and the most recent one is my reply to their offer, not their confirmation of my offer. Where would I be able to find the actual offer letter?

Ucas will email you two codes that can be used by banks to verify your status.
