Stoke-on-Trent studio available

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Q Studios ASAP. It's a Deluxe Studio, as advertised on their website. It comes with an ensuite bathroom and kitchen area and is furnished. It's at a very convenient location, being a 5-10 minute walk from Staffordshire Uni and the train station.

The tenancy period will be from 30/08/2021 to 21/08/2022 - first month will be paid for. £115pw with all bills included.
