Just you, I think.

Brilliant.
-12 degrees...SO COLD WALKING HOME!
Sheet ice on all the pavements!
Yeah I locked myself out of my office on campus today and had to walk home in a t-shirt. It was -13.

locked as in properly locked or locked as in you can still get in if you have a fob?

Locked as in locked to the general public - people with offices have 24/7 access.

I forgot my gloves yesterday so after tiptoeing may way back along the ice rinks that are Byres Road and Dumbarton Road - my hands were so cold when I got home that they were numb and swollen!

It always says this for me, just hit refresh and it works ;D
Just ordered my wellies off ebay. Even then they probably won't arrive till Febuary (or something stupid). Dumb snow!

Why did I have to get my other pair nicked at T in the park last year

Yeah all of me was bright red when I got home...SEXY  lol!

I haven't seen what west end is like, but the hill between abc and art school was properly lethal yesterday, and round by Blackfriars (accommodation) I've seen more people fall over than I can count! Good two-three inches of ice on all the pavements, no attempts made to put down salt...

I ordered wellies a week and a half ago and they're still not here! The only sensible shoes i have for this weather are trainers.

I tried that loads of times, it still wasn't working :frown:

HOWEVER it's working now and I got exactly the email I wanted :p:
"Dear students,

In view of the adverse weather conditions and travel difficulties, the deadline for submission of Level 1 culture essays has been extended to Wed 15 December. "

I LOVE YOU SNOW! :colone:

Not always, I've got access till 9pm but occasionally they don't let ANYONE - student or staff - stay in after 5, usually when there's a security issue or something similar

Wouldn't be surprised if everywhere was sold out; my work hasn't had a delivery for the past week and a half- 4/5 deliveries canceled because the snow is turning motorways into car parks.
*feels all insignificant for not having a job*
