MyCampus is such a fail...trying to enrol is almost impossible.

Anyone having trouble enrolling in Maths 1R/1S?
I don't understand MyCampus! It says my advisor is someone i've never heard of, and that i'm doing business management at honours! Argh!

I don't understand what links are aimed at new students and which are aimed at continuing students.
Wah.
Hey. I got a question. If a family member pays for your freshers pass, as a gift before uni, will I be able to collect the pass? On the confirmation email i got sent it says 'Thanks for your order, (My sisters name)' since she used her card. But my name is on the actual pass as well as my photo. Sorry about being a bit pedantic lol

WTF is the point in having the meeting with the adviser AFTER we have enrolled? Surely we need the meeting to tell us what we're actually meant to choose? :lolwut:

Yeah, that's what I thought. I haven't actually heard anything about an adviser meeting, which is kinda annoying.

It's not letting me click Next after the page where it asks me to confirm my details :nothing:

Same here ... ARRRGHHH

Does anybody know whether an adviser of studies has to 'approve' the chosen courses as they did in the past (provided that we manage to enrol at some point in the future, lol)?

I emailed my adviser about this today. I don't know whether I'm expected to pick 10 credits from the optional subjects list yet or wait until a meeting. I've never had to pick my own subjects before :frown: we always just got told what ones we had to enrol for...it's too much responsibility

I never thought I'd say this, but so do I.

Yeah. This sucks. It's too easy to pick the wrong thing, and confuse everyone.

Might have missed something as I'm on my phone but I seem to only be in Monday to Wednesday, earliest start 10 and latest finish 1 . Except French and Italian clash for quite a few weeks, that can't be good?
What's about the SAAS letter? Do we have to send it to anyone? Thanks a lot guys!

No, you just have to enter your reference number.

It told me I'd finished registering, when I haven't done the financial bit yet. This makes no sense.
I can't be bothered to tackle it now...I'll try in the morning :sigh:

For people who have already submitted their SAAS reference number, on your main page does it now show your financial summary as "you owe £1820"? It might just be me being paranoid but that's what I'm getting. Even though I did register my SAAS number initially on MyCampus, it doesn't show SAAS under the "view financial aid" section.

Whaat, I can't work this out...
I searched "French"
Comes up with tons, and you go down to Culture 2 which is what I want and there's 9 options for which class you want, all the same? Which one :dontknow:

and why am I adding classes 'to my cart'?

You owe 1,820.00.

Due Now:

0.00

Future Due:

1,820.00

Not really sure what to take from this.

Glasgow will state you owe them money until SAAS send them the appropriate forms to say otherwise.. Once send the forms it'll change.. don't worry about it, if you applied for SAAS you'll be fine!

Also with MyCampus.. try writing down the classes you're picking on paper to see if they clash etc, I found this easier!
