The Student Room Group

What do you think is better for CS University of Toronto or Warwick University?

My friend has been struggling with this. Things to consider:
-price is the exact same due to scholarships
-Warwick seems to have an incredible student experience
-UofT CS is said to be top 10 in the world, while Warwick is top 10 in the UK
- UofT is research focused while Warwick is employment-focused

He wants to get high level jobs and also have the opportunity to get into a stellar grad program. With both jobs and graduate school, he doesn't care too much about where they are country-wise or how much they pay (jobs), but is more focused on the caliber of the institutions themselves. So where do you think he would be led to job opportunities at top companies and masters/PhD programs at top universities?
Top IT companies (150k+/year) from the US recruit from UofT due to the proximity and its prestige (more from UWaterloo, but UofT is still up there); the friend would have to do something spectacular in order to get the same amount of high-pay IT recruiting in the UK. It's like comparing a sea with an ocean.
