A-Level Product Design Help!

Hi, I am a student studying product design. I'm currently working on my yr13 major project and need some help with a questionnaire that I have made for it. The product I intend to make is a multi-use, portable, easy storage piece of gym equipment that could also possibly be used as a item of furniture like a stool. Could anyone help me by filling out these questions? The results are anonymous and the questions are hopefully not too intrusive.
