Can I get into medicine at queen Mary?😭

Hi I just needed some advice on the entry requirements for QMUL. I am aware that the gcse requirements are AAABBB. I got 76( combined), 6(maths) and 6( English language). The rest are 5s and 4s. I am currently taking a gap year and got A*AA which is needed for medicine. Do you think I have a chance of getting in at queen Mary?
