I was wondering about what jobs could be obtained after a medical science degree, obviously a lot of people go into graduate medicine but apart from that what other jobs do people get from it?

I work in medical device research and development.
Most medical/bio engineering and science degrees are valid.

The below link is a list of vacancies for science related degree apprenticeship and graduate roles, many of which are open to those either wanting to study medical related science/engineering degrees, or those who have already graduated.
