I have completed 2 years at Bristol University and have transferred 180 credits to the Open University for a BSc Honours course starting October 21. I have formally withdrawn from Bristol but need to transfer my student finance - I'm trying to do this online but the SFE site doesn't recognise the course.

It sounds like you might of selected full time, open university courses are always classed as part time.
