How to Handle a Copycat
Believe there's room for everyone. ...
Just walk away. ...
Have the awkward conversation. ...
Protect your work. ...
Make someone else the bad guy. ...
Keep confidently creating.

What to do when someone keeps copying you......
Here are four steps you can take if you have a copycat BFF:
Be honest with yourself: are you copying them too?
Try to see if it's something you can ignore.
Explore little workarounds if it really bothers you.
If all else fails: talk to them, but be kind.
What is your relationship to the person in question? E.g. friend / family/ coworker / sibling
As the saying goes - copying is the best form of flattery

That doesn't answer my question as I don't know how old you are.

Sounds a bit immature at that age tbh. Hopefully they'll grow out of it in a few years but in the meantime just remember that they probably look up to you.
In what way are they copying you?

for the first thing you said, they might just be trying to figure out their identity and who they are - ie which they feel comfortable. And for copying work, I don't want to sound like some weird ass teacher's pet, but technically you should not let them: ie don't let them copy your homework. But there may occasional times when its fine to let them, but it's up to you
