Where's my flippin EMA?!

OK so it was bad enough that I had to wait for months before the forms came through and I got my confirmation slip back,
it was pretty annoying, if not infuriating that I then had to wait for weeks for my backdated payments, and that they did it in stupid blocks instead of in one go... :s-smilie:

but that fact that I am supposed to now be getting it on a regular weekly basis and they're still missing out weeks is just pathetic.
Seriously, I got it last week, and the week before and I had full attendance this week so where the hell is my £30?!?!?!?!

I was gonna use that this weekend I'M BL**DY SKINT!!! :mad:

AAAAARGH!!!!!!

anybody else having this problem??? (college EMA staff is as confused as I am).

I've still not got mine. Only handed in my NOE in on Monday, but I know people that handed their one in a few weeks back and they still don't have it.

I need it so much now. I've took about £300 from my savings to buy books, equipment etc. and I need to buy even more books now *sigh* having 7 subjects on the IB that all need books is really expensive (6+Tok) :frown:

I sent away my form at the end of August/start of September, no circumstances had changed from last year, and I got a letter last week telling me my application was being processed! Well I'd hope so, why did I have to wait all that time for a letter telling me it was being considered?! Wish it would hurry up.

If you haven't got yours back, keep phoning up on a weekly basis. Thats the only way your going to get anywhere with them.

Your college won't have been putting through the payments correctly. As long as they do it correctly, EMA will pay out. There is no point ringing EMA, it's the colleges fault that your not getting the money, whatever they say.

I know I'm replying to a 10 year old thread :s-smilie:

but have you checked with your EMA officer at school/college? A friend of mine wasn't paid because her college never said she was able to get it. My last EMA text was received on 16 May, but I received a text on 2 May saying my payment would be on the Tuesday due to the bank holiday.
