The box doesn’t really decide anything, it might pop you on an accommodation mailing list.

You’d still need to apply for accommodation separately, regardless of whether you tick it or not.

This option seems flexible as you may have choices and offers to study at Home and overseas. You can confirm this choice when you have made your firm decision towards the end of the UCAS cycle.
